Timeless & Traditional Vintage Christmas Tree
The Vintage Christmas tree is a throwback to the 1950s and is definitely the centrepiece of this collection.
We’ve kept the tree topper very simple with an oversized candy stripe bow and a nostalgic Santa sign – a traditional star or a cute candy cane lollipop tree topper would also be perfect.
Personalised glass baubles in the iconic red and white colour scheme are just the thing to honour and treasure loved ones, past and present.
The tree itself is jam packed full of beautiful blown glass baubles, gorgeous finial and reflective tree decorations, which were so popular in eras gone by.
Delicate hand painted baubles enhance the nostalgic Vintage Christmas theme and tell their own miniature stories.
The glass light bulb tree decorations are a nod to traditional multi-coloured Christmas tree lights.
We’ve coupled this with a variety of reindeers, Santas, vintage cars and lots of other fun tree decorations to keep everything feeling warm and traditional.
We’ve then used a selection of brightly coloured picks, sprays and flowers to add strong pops of colour and texture throughout the tree.
Finally, we finished it all off with Multicoloured Metallic Tinsel Fringe tree garland. This tinsel variation is the perfect piece of retro decor and a lovely homage to decorated Christmas trees of the past.

TABLE
Our Vintage Christmas tablescape starts with a very traditional tartan tablecloth.
In keeping with the understated tones of vintage styling, we’ve opted for simplicity when it came to the centrepiece – using a cluster of red cone table top trees, smaller trees and super cute reindeer ornaments.
When it comes to table decor for the place settings, we’ve put a simple white plate on top of a gold edged red charger plate. It’s so simple and creates the perfect base for styling placeholders, napkins and bonbons that really pop.
Make everyone at the table feel welcome by setting their place with traditional flair. Folded tartan napkins finished with a bow, berry pick and gold mirror acrylic name tag pair beautifully with retro candy striped bonbons.
Alternatively, a red napkin with traditional design bonbons is just as lovely.
Now to take things up a notch and bring in the true retro vintage vibe, we have used luxury tinsel garland to create a canopy above the table. It is a little extra, but isn’t that what Christmas decorating is all about?!
If tinsel garlands overhead isn’t quite enough extra for you, level-up with big, beautiful red bows on the backs of your chairs.

A Cabinet Full of Vintage Christmas Sweetness
The Vintage Christmas collection includes a huge array of ornaments, wall hangings and signs that can easily inject vibrant retro festivity and nostalgia to anywhere in your home including cupboards, sideboards or the mantle.
We absolutely adore the use of vintage style signs as a decor feature. We’ve got so many styles and designs to choose from on our website, including personalised Christmas plaques with your family or kids names.

Merrily on the Mantle
For our mantle, we’ve opted for a simple green garland, adorned with glitter candy cane ball picks, beaded garlands and coloured retro light bulb string lights.
Not much more is required to enhance this space as the simplicity of the Vintage Christmas decorating style really speaks for itself. But you might like to add an arrangement of table tops trees or hang some candy cane decorations at either end for a little sweetness.

We’ve stuck to the simple yet traditional tone for stockings and sacks.
Here we’ve got velvet personalised stockings in red and green for a traditional luxe feel. Or for a little more fun you can swap these out for stockings or personalised Santa sacks featuring bold candy stripes.
To really embrace the vintage theme, but with a softer palette, the gorgeous velvet retro stockings above are the perfect combination of a hint of luxury and a touch of nostalgia. The softer tones balance well with the bolder colours of the other pieces.

Create the Cutest Vintage Christmas Suitcase Scene
Now, we cannot wait to share with you what has to be one of our cutest craft projects. Inspired by Book Nook’s we’ve seen on Pinterest, here we have created a Vintage Christmas suitcase scene!
We’ve used natural craft suitcases in a range of sizes and adorned them with red trim, artificial moss, cute tree decorations and ornaments to easily create a variety of fun and festive scenes.
These can be customised to any colour palette and not only make beautiful ornaments, but lovely gifts too.
We’ve arranged ours around the base of the mantle and fireplace, using round gift boxes to create additional height and levels. But you could also use them on a side table, console, in your entry, or to create lovely a vignette in any space really.
