Prices & Payment
Prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment can be made by credit card (VISA, MasterCard), Paypal or internet banking transfer. Full payment is required prior to delivery of your product and is requested in the check out process. An invoice will be emailed to you once full payment has been received.
When shipping to international destinations duties may be imposed by the destination country. We will endevour to minimise duty charges by correctly labelling the goods, however, we cannot take responsibility if duties are incurred.
Shipping & Delivery

If you provide the wrong address or if you need to change the address after your order has left our warehouse you will need to pay any additional delivery costs which may be more or less than our standard shipping charges.
We offer a 7 day refund policy if the product/s you have received is/are not as shown or described on the website. Items must be returned within 7 days in their original packaging, unused and undamaged. Prior authorisation must be obtained before returning any goods via email or phone using the contact details below.
It is your responsibility to ensure all spelling and order details are correct. Please check your order carefully as we write exactly as you have provided. Calligraphy positioning and colour will be at our Artists’s discretion unless otherwise advised or your request does not meet our ordering guidelines, eg. to many characters. Please note there are NO refunds or replacements should you make a mistake. Colour may vary slightly to one shown on website.
If you change your mind prior to your order being shipping a refund may be given if personalisation has not been completed. Please contact us to check the status of your order. Cancellations will only be accepted by email or phone.
All personalisation is hand done in glitter calligraphy. We do not use embroidery, laser cut, engraving or etching.
We pack all our baubles and decorations with care and love but sometimes that is not enough. If any part of your order arrives broken or damaged please take a photo and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will resend new items at no charge.

Should The Christmas Cart be unable to supply to the exact specifications of the ordered product we shall advise you within 24 hours of the first working day from which you placed your order and provide a substitute. You are under no obligation to accept the substitute.
The Christmas Cart does not collect personal contact information from its visitors without their prior knowledge and consent.
The Christmas Cart understands that the information you provide to us is private and confidential. We will not pass on any information obtained either via the website or through customer generated sales and enquiries via email, phone, fax or mail to third parties. Information is never shared or sold to any other company.
When you make a purchase from The Christmas Cart you will be sent our newsletter and promotional alerts. Should you wish to unsubscribe simply click on the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email or email The Christmas Cart with Unsubscribe in the subject line to email@example.com
