We all know that Christmas is a time for feasting – here are some tips on presenting your treats so that they actually look like Christmas!
Inject some Christmas cheer into your cheese platter by arranging the Christmas cheese and cherry tomatoes into the shape of a Christmas tree. Alternatively, this can be done with fruits and vegetables if you are doing a Christmas Crudites or a Christmas Fruit Platter.
Everyone loves a good Christmas Trifle –traditional green and red jelly mixed with sherry soaked sponge, custard and cream – just screams C H R I S T M A S – so investing in a beautiful glass bowl to show it offer your lovely Christmas trifle will definitely pay off. Whilst structured layers of jelly, cake and fruit are traditional, there has been a growing trend to arrange the layers more organically creating an inviting mouthwatering mess that guests can’t wait to get their spoon into.
