White Chocolate Peppermint Martini – You’ll Need:
- Crushed Ice
- 120ml white chocolate liqueur
- 70ml vodka
- 40ml Peppermint schnapps
- Red sugar sprinkles
- Chocolate syrup
- Small peppermint candycane
- Fill cocktail shaker half way with crushed ice
- Pour in all of the liquor ingredients and shake well until mixed
- Spread red sugar sprinkles evenly onto large plate
- Wet the rim of a martini glass with water and tip the glass into the sprinkles and spin the glass to coat the rim
- Drizzle a small amount of chocolate syrup in a spiral design inside the glass
- Pour contents of shaker into the martini glass
- Garnish with small peppermint candy cane
The Snowball – You’ll Need:
- 90ml tequila cream liqueur
- 3 drops of vanilla
- Crushed ice
- 30ml skim milk
- 15ml Kahlua
- Cinnamon powder
- Cinnamon stick
- Pour ingredients (except for cinnamon powder) into blender and blend for about ten seconds
- Pour into a wine glass
- Sprinkle cinnamon powder on top
- Garnish with cinnamon stick
Christmas Cosmopolitan – You’ll Need:
- 500ml vodka
- 500ml ginger wine
- 1L Cranberry juice
- 5 limes, juiced
- Sliced stem ginger
- Mix the vodka and ginger wine in a jug
- Stir in the cranberry juice, lime juice and some sliced stem ginger
- Garnish with lime zest
