Hi again! It’s time for my next Decorate with Me video. I hope that you are excited to come along and decorate the next space with me, as I indulge my passion for Christmas decorating in my home and share it all with you.
I am so incredibly blessed with a generous size home that allows me to really flex all of my decorating muscles and create something truly special and different in each space.
In this video, Decorate with Me: Nutcracker Christmas Lounge Room, I show you how I brought my living room to life with a joyful and traditional Nutcracker Christmas decorating theme.
Our house is quite open plan in its layout and so the living room area is often a gathering point for guests over the holiday season, and especially for family to gather and share their gifts. The space can be seen from many other areas of the house too and so I like to put a lot of effort into giving it a really impressive WOW factor with plenty of Christmas cheer to really get everyone into the festive spirit.
Nutcracker Christmas decorating is such a gorgeous traditional theme and I love how this particular collection introduces the use of rich blue and burgundy tones alongside the traditional red and green colour scheme.
I’ll take you through step by step how I decorated the feature Nutcracker Christmas tree. With its billowing ribbons, adorable decorations and ornaments, luscious florals and big, beautiful baubles. I’ll also show you how I created the stunning garlands over the windows and all the gorgeous vignettes and special ornaments that I used around the room to really include every part of the space.
