Shipping Timeframes
As the majority of our listings require personalisation, we need time to allow our talented artists to create. Orders are currently leaving our Sydney studio in 2–7 business days, then allow 1–5 days for delivery depending on your location. If your order doesn't require personalisation, we'll endeavour to send it out within 2–3 business days.
If you need your items quickly, please select our Express Shipping option and your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days. Unfortunately we can't offer a next-day dispatch option.

Unfortunately this offer doesn't include orders with bulky items, Christmas trees or corporate orders, as these cost a fortune to ship and we just can't afford to absorb the cost of them, sorry :(
It isn't available on Express Service or New Zealand deliveries either, for the same reason.
FREE Shipping also isn't available in conjunction with promotional offers, as we've already given you a great discount.
And if you're lucky enough to live somewhere beautiful and remote, we can't offer free shipping to you — although we expect you're familiar with that, and let's face it, it's worth paying shipping to live where you live :) We'll contact you if your order isn't eligible and ask you to pay for shipping. If you'd rather cancel your order because of the shipping cost, we'll happily refund it.
Shipping Options
Australia-Wide Flat Rate Standard Delivery
For orders under $150, we charge a flat rate of $14.95 for Standard items, or $18.95 if your order includes an item with a Bulky Goods Surcharge.* So there's no reason not to keep shopping and fill up your cart!
Get it faster with our Express Delivery Service
Left your shopping until the last minute and need it in a hurry? For a flat rate of $24.95* we'll move your order to the head of the queue and use an Express Delivery service to deliver anywhere in Australia. For orders with heavy or bulky items, Express Delivery is a flat rate of $28.95*. Your order will be personalised and dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days (weekends excluded). Delivery time and provider vary depending on your location — as a guide, metropolitan areas are likely to receive it the next business day, while regional and country areas may take longer. Only available between October and December.
*Please note, a shipping surcharge may apply for regional or remote areas on orders over 1kg. If a surcharge applies, we'll contact you. If you'd rather cancel your order once you've been advised of the shipping cost, we'll refund your payment immediately.
Christmas Trees – Shipping Quoted After Purchase
Every Christmas tree is a different size and weight, and the cost to ship one changes a lot depending on where you live in Australia. Rather than overcharge you with a one-size-fits-all rate, we calculate your tree's shipping after you order.
At checkout you'll see "Shipping Quote – Calculated After Purchase" at no charge. Once your order is placed, one of our customer service team will contact you with the exact shipping cost for your postcode and arrange payment. If your order includes other items, we'll quote shipping for the whole order together.
If you'd rather not go ahead once you've seen the shipping cost, we'll refund your order in full. You're also welcome to collect your tree for FREE from our Picton showroom.
Fragile Items – Pickup or Your Own Courier Only
Some of our pieces are simply too delicate to survive the courier network. Items marked as fragile are available for pickup only from The Celebration Society in Picton. If your order includes a fragile item, pickup will be the only option shown at checkout.
Can't get to Picton? You're welcome to arrange your own courier to collect your order from our showroom. Just let us know who's coming and when, and we'll have it packed and ready. Your courier is responsible for your item once it leaves our hands.
New Zealand Delivery
We ship to New Zealand from our website at a flat rate of AUD$25.95 for Standard items, AUD$29.95 if your order includes a Bulky item, or AUD$49.95 for Express (Express isn't available on orders with bulky items).
Unfortunately we're unable to ship Christmas trees or fragile items to New Zealand. If your order includes one of these, shipping won't be available at checkout.
Shipping to the Rest of the World
Our website currently ships to Australia and New Zealand only. If you're outside these countries, don't worry — we ship internationally through our Etsy shops:
Re-delivery Charges
We do our very best to make sure your parcel full of Christmas goodies makes it safely into your hands. However, sometimes things happen that are outside our control.
If your parcel isn't collected from the parcel collection point within the delivery partner's required timeframe and it's returned to us, we're happy to send it out to you again, but you'll need to cover the cost of the second delivery.
Similarly, if your parcel is returned to us because of an error in your address, or inaccurate delivery details or instructions at the time of ordering, we're more than happy to work with you to send it out again, but you'll need to cover the cost of the second delivery.
Preorder
Delivery isn't charged at the time of order. These products won't be available for delivery until October. You can place multiple orders for Preorder items without being charged shipping at the time of order. Our team will contact you when the items are ready to ship to advise the delivery cost. This option isn't available for in-stock products — if selected, our team will contact you and offer our standard shipping options.
Leave in a Safe Place
All deliveries will be left at the delivery address on your order if the driver considers it accessible and safe. Safe places are those hidden on your premises: at the front door or porch, in your mailbox (if it fits), under the carport or verandah, or by the side gate. If no safe place is accessible, a delivery card will be left with instructions.

We'll call or text you when your order is ready for pickup, usually within 5–7 business days depending on whether your items include personalisation. Unfortunately we can't offer a next-day pickup option.
We'll contact you at least 3 times (by phone, text and/or email) to make sure you know your order is ready for collection.
Unfortunately we can't store uncollected orders indefinitely. Any uncollected orders will be disposed of after 6 months.
We now have a physical retail location, The Celebration Society, where you can shop, inspect products and purchase selected items in person. Visit us at 36 Menangle St, Picton NSW, in-store or for order pickup.
