Shipping Timeframes
As the majority of our gifts and keepsakes require personalisation we require time to allow our talented artists to create. Orders are currently leaving our Sydney Studio in 2-7 business days then allow 1-5 days for delivery depending on your location. If your order does not require personalisation we will endeavour to send it out within 2-3 business days.
If you need your items quickly, please select our Express Shipping option and your order will be shipped from our warehouse within 2-3 business days. We unfortunately cannot offer a next day dispatch option.

Unfortunately this offer doesn't include orders with bulky items and corporate orders, as these cost a fortune to ship and we just can't afford to absorb the cost of them, sorry :(
It isn't available on Express Service or International Deliveries either for the same reason.
Also FREE Shipping will not be available in conjunction with promotional offers as we have already given you a great discount.
And if you are lucky enough to live in some beautiful more remote location, we can't offer free shipping to you, although we expect you are familar with that and let's face it, it's worth paying shipping to live where your live :) We will contact you if your order is not eligible and ask you to pay for shipping. If for some reason you want to cancel your order, because you have to pay for shipping, we will happily refund your order.
Shipping Options
Australia-Wide Flat Rate Standard Delivery
For any orders under $150, we charge $14.95 flat rate for delivery of Standard items and $18.95 if your order includes an item which has a Bulky Goods Surcharge applied to it.* So that means there are no reasons not to keep shopping and fill up your cart!
Get it faster with our Express Delivery Service
Left your shopping until the last minute and need it in a hurry? For a flat rate of $24.95* we will move your order to the head of the queue and use an Express Delivery service to deliver any where in Australia. For orders with heavy or bulky items the cost will be flat rate of $28.95* for Express Delivery. Your order will be personalised and dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours (weekends excluded). Delivery time and delivery provider will vary depending on your location, as a guide metropolitan areas are likely to be the next business day however regional and country areas may take longer. Only available between October and December.
*Please note, a shipping surcharge maybe applicable charged for regional or remote areas for orders over 1kg. If a shipping surcharge is applicable we will contact you. If after being advised of the shipping cost you wish to cancel your order we will refund your payment immediately.
International Delivery
We can send goods to any country that is within Australia Post's International network. Our international orders are sent using Australia Post service at a flat fee of AUD$25.95 for orders that weigh under 1kg. If your order weighs over 1kg we will contact you if an additional payment is required for postage. If, due to the additional postage costs, you don’t want to proceed then we will refund your payment immediately. Re-delivery Charges
We do our very best to ensure that your parcel full of Christmas goodies makes it safely into your hands. However, sometimes there are things that happen which are outside of our control.
If your parcel is not collected from the parcel collection point within the delivery partners required timeframe, and it is returned to us, we are happy to arrange for it to be sent out to you again, but you will be required to cover the cost of the second attempted delivery.
Similarly, if the parcel doesn't reach you in the first instance and is returned to us because you have made an error in your address, or not provided accurate delivery details or instructions at the time of placing your order, we are more than happy to work with you to arrange for it to be sent out again, but you will be required to cover the cost of the second attempted delivery.
Preorder
Delivery will not be charged at time of order. These products will not be available for delivery until October. You may place multiple orders for Preorder items and not be charged shipping at time of order. Our Team will contact you when the items are ready to ship to advise any delivery cost. It is not available for any in stock products, if selected you will be contacted by our team and offered our standard shipping options.
Leave in a Safe Place
All deliveries will be left at the delivery address from your order, if the driver considers it to be accessible and safe. Safe places are those that are hidden on your premises, at the front door / porch, in your mailbox (if it fits), under the carport / verandah or by the side gate. If no safe place is accessible a delivery card will be left for you with instructions.

We will call or text you when your order is ready for pickup, usually within 5-7 business days depending on if your items include personalisation. We unfortunately cannot offer a next day pick-up option.
We will contact you at least 3 times (via phone, text and/or email) to ensure that you are aware your order is ready for collection.
Unfortunately we can't store uncollected orders for an indefinite period of time. Any uncollected orders will be disposed of after 6 months.
Please note that we now have a physical retail location, called The Celebration Society, where you can shop, inspect products, and purchase selected items in person. Located in 36 Menangle St, Picton, NSW - visit us in-store or for order pick-up.
