Calligrapher & Creative Wizz

This role is ideally suited to those who love arts, crafts and want to use their passion and skills to create a bit of magic! Haven’t done it before? All good, we have developed a training program that takes an enthusiastic applicant with zero knowledge or experience to a wizz at creating beautiful hand personalised gifts and keepsakes that will be treasured for years to come. An eye for layout, scale and attention to detail is essential, and some experience with fine arts and a love of crafts is helpful. The ideal candidate will love the idea of working in a fun team environment whilst exploring and expanding their creative skills.

Picker & Packer Rockstar

Ensuring that the right products are picked and packed carefully so that they will arrive in perfect condition is essential to meet each and every customer’s expectations – thats why we are looking for Rockstars! This role requires the utmost care and consideration and you will need to be able to focus on and pay attention to details. And like any decent band, you will work as a team in a close and fast passed environment and together you will lift the roof!

Warehouse Assistant Champion

This role is critical to ensure that our warehouse runs smoothly and remains a well organised and fun place to work! You will be supporting the Pickers and Packers by picking hard to locate stock, unpacking goods from suppliers as well as attending to the shipment of larger corporate orders. Being fit and able bodied is important for this role, as well as having the ability to work with a positive attitude and helpful manner. With your enthusiastic and “can do” approach, you will be a team Champion!

Customer Service Hero

We love our customers and we need our Customer Service Heroes to love our customers too. We are looking for people who expect good customer service themselves, and so wouldn’t think of offering anything but the best to all our customers. Yep, even the tired and cranky ones who, after a long day, are disappointed that something in their order arrived broken and we have to catch them as they are about to jump from that ledge. That’s why you are a Hero!
