Job Descriptions

Photographer
Christmas Memories photographers number one priority is caring for families to provide a seamless enjoyable and stress free Santa Photo experience. They will need to understand a standard digital photography set-up including use of a digital SLR camera, studio lighting and photo manipulation software. They will greet parents with a smile and discuss their expectations. They will introduce excited children to Santa, pose them and do their best to take a series of fun and engaging photos. They need to be confident with handling money including preparing and checking the daily float and preparing banking. They will be responsible for completing a Shift Report at the end of each shift to advise on stock levels and sales and enjoy working as part of a team in a fast paced environment.

Photo Customer Service
Photo Customer Service Team Members will be enthusiastic and passionate about helping customers select their Santa Photo for printing and ensure they have all the photos and gifts they need.  They will be required to process orders and operate digital imaging software and onsite digital photo printing as well as handling cash. They will assist the photographer manage the flow of children visiting Santa, have strong product knowledge about packages and prices and be polite and answer any questions. All training will be provided, however previous retail/customer service experience and competent operation of a computer is an advantage.

Santa
We require friendly, mature and Christmas loving people to play the role of Santa Claus this Christmas. To really enjoy this role you should have a natural affinity with children and enjoy talking with them and seeing them smile! We will help you through the simple process of applying for a Working with Children (Blue) card which includes a full Police Check being conducted if you do not already hold one.

Admin All Rounder
We are looking for an organised and efficient team member with great written and oral communication skills. You will need strong computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook and Google Docs. In this fast paced and varied role you will assist in the recruitment and rostering of staff as well as customer care and personally assisting management. You will work from Head Office in Ingleburn NSW.
