While our winters aren’t quite as icy, it’s the perfect excuse to savour hearty roasts, rich puddings, and warm custards – just like they do up north. And when it comes to drinks, there’s nothing quite as cosy as a hot chocolate bar, even if it’s not the typical choice in our summer heat. While hot chocolate and cocoa bars dominate Pinterest and YouTube during the colder months elsewhere, down south, we crave lighter, fruitier beverages to beat the summer heat.
    Over the past couple of years, embracing our Aussie winter vibes has been the agenda throughout June and July. I've made it a point to seize the opportunity presented by chilly nights with festive decorations and a Christmas in July hot chocolate bar designed to warm hearts and tantalise tastebuds.
