Easy Christmas Shortbread

Ingredients:

225gms Butter

30gms Margarine

2 cups Plain Flour

1/2 cup Castor Sugar

Beat butter, margarine and sugar till creamy and smooth. Add sifted flour and mix. Press into greased lamington tin and prick with fork. Sprinkle with extra castor sugar. Bake at 160˚C for 30mins.
