We can barely contain our excitement to announce our Christmas collections for 2020 in the coming weeks. As a reminder of the joy we experienced last Christmas, we have put together a compilation of our favourite 2019 Christmas crafts to leave you feeling inspired for this year’s projects. In the same way that each of last year’s new collections featured a Christmas craft project, this year will be the same.
Some people may believe it is much too early to be crafting for Christmas, but right now is the perfect time to replenish and add to your craft kit. For those of us who have not yet selected a festive decorating theme, Christmas craft can help with your decision. Get creative with your Christmas craft this year by adding supplies you normally wouldn’t keep, such as Glitter Pinecones, Artificial Snow or Elf Legs.
Sugar Plum Christmas – Table Tray
Last year, the Sugar Plum Christmas collection was the first of four new collections. Sugar Plum features a combination of blush and plum tones, which fit in beautifully with both modern and traditional homes.
With both elegance and cost in mind, the Sugar Plum Table Tray was created with an array of materials from our favourite stores: Kmart and Bunnings! Topped with cute furry animals, glittery florals and artificial snow, this centrepiece both makes a statement and adds elegance to your Christmas table. Silver & Sage Christmas – Glitter Star Trays
Is it really Christmas without craft, glitter and stars? We think not! This Set of 3 Glitter Star Trays is an easy Christmas DIY project you will love. We chose to paint these trays in shimmering silver and sage to match our Silver & Sage collection, however you can decorate them to match any Christmas décor theme. We recommend painting each star a different colour, so they stand out any way you decide to display them.
The Christmas tree isn’t the only star of the show in the Silver & Sage Christmas collection. As part of this collection we crafted Christmas Fiesta Tassels, which form a fun addition to your Christmas decorating. These DIY tassels are budget-friendly to make. In fact, you might even have most of the supplies on hand in your craft kit. You can choose to make them any colour you’d like – why not use a variety of coloured twines to liven up your décor?
Being versatile, tassels can be displayed almost anywhere. You can use them to embellish Christmas gifts, decorate a basket or even to hang off your Christmas tree.
Christmas Kitchen – Chopping Board Artwork
Christmas Kitchen was the last collection released in 2019, with its primary focus on – you guessed it – the kitchen! We designed a unique Chopping Board Artwork featuring a free printable artwork with a festive phrase, which is sure to look wonderful in your kitchen.
Armed with a hot glue gun, spray paint and craft supplies, this beautiful rustic-inspired craft project does not take a whole lot of skill or time to put together. This Chopping Board Artwork is sure to create a nostalgic atmosphere in your home, reminiscent of Christmastimes spent with family.
